Step 1: Submit a Request

• Submit requests through the online request form.

• You will receive a cost and turnaround estimate via email or phone within 3 working days.

• Settle the payment through octopus at LRC counter.

• Files will not be printed without payment confirmation.

Step 2 Printing and Pickup

• The LRC staff will assist you with printing the model

• Collect your model from the LRC counter once you receive a notification via email or phone.

• Uncollected Objects: May be disposed of after 14 days.

Basic Charge:

$20 for the first 20 grams or below

Additional Material Charge:

$1/gram for any weight above 20 grams

Examples

o 12 grams: $20 (basic charge)

o 25 grams: $25 (basic charge $20 + additional $5)

• The 3D Printing Service must not be used to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.

• Printing of unsafe, harmful, dangerous, obscene, or inappropriate objects is prohibited.

• The service is not for commercial use.

• Requesters are responsible for any legal consequences arising from the printing of objects.

• The weight and cost of the finished model may differ from estimates.

• Items may have small surface defects such as bumps or holes, which are not grounds for refund or refusal to pay.

• Precise tolerances on fitting of multi-part objects are not guaranteed.

• Users must pay for print jobs that fail due to model design or file issues.

• Users are responsible for removing any support material from their models.

• LRC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any print job.
